Our Story

new home certification group

New Home Certification Group was established in 2010 servicing Sydney, Hunter
Blue Mountains Regions and has recently opened a new office in Narooma
to service the Far South Coast Region.

New Home have worked with some of the Sydney’s largest project builders, pool
builders, architects, demolishers and engineers over the years offering certification
and planning advise.

Meet Our Team
of Building Certifiers

Our team of building certifiers have a consistent understanding of building regulations
across NSW including those specific to individual local government areas due to
practical experience gained from the years with the construction industry
and government sector. This has permitted the issue of over 10,000 certificates
and requiring our certifiers to carry out over 50,000 mandatory stage inspections.

Our certifiers are all registered by Fair Trading and members of various industry
associations including Housing Industry Australia (HIA), Association of Accredited
Certifiers (AAC), Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS), Master Builders
Association (MBA) and Swimming Pool & Spa Association of Australia (SPASA)
and committed to continued professional development.
